Controversial Ghanaian artiste manager, Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanso alias Bullgod has projected that this year’s VGMA Artiste of the Year award will either be won by Black Sherif or Stonebwoy.
According to him, no gospel artiste will win the top award in this 24th edition of the Vodafone Music Awards 2023.
Speaking on TV3 monitored by 1Family Radio, the entertainment pundit noted that even if all the churches across the country join forces to support a gospel artiste, none of them will win the Artiste of the Year.
He continued that this the secular artistes have done massively well in terms of their works and at least one of them must win.
“Considering the works of Black Sherif and Stonebwoy, we will not allow a gospel artiste to win. The Church of Pentecost, Church of Presby, and the Anglican can all join but they will still not win.’’
“We are supporting the world and everyone in the world is with Lucifer. This is lucifer against God, and God understands that we will win,’’ Bullgod said.
This year’s VGMA is slated for the 6th of May, 2023 contrary to the earlier announcement of 13th May, at the Grand Arena of Accra International Conference Centre.
