According to reports, Saudi Arabian teams are once again interested in Thomas Partey, a midfielder with the Black Stars. Football Insider reports that Saudi Pro League teams are showing a lot of interest in Partey and his Asernal teammate Gabril Jesus.
Several Saudi teams were interested in Partey last summer, but the Ghanaian turned off any possible transfer to concentrate on Arsenal. The former Atletico Madrid player was reportedly approached by AI Ahli, Al Nassr, and AI Khaleej, among other clubs.
Barcelona is also keeping an eye on Thomas Partey, whose future at Asernal is uncertain, as the Spanish team looks to add a defensive midfield player during the summer transfer window of 2024.
Barcelona had Partey on their list in the January transfer window of 2024, but the Catalan team was unable to show any real interest in the Ghanaian. Catalanside’s report did not indicate any specific interest in the Ghanaian.
According to a report by Catalan journalist Adrian Sanchez, Barcelona may have re-shortlisted Partey for a summer transfer. According to reports, Arsenal is willing to part with the former Atletico Madrid player for a price of between £20 and £25 million.
In the event that Partey leaves this summer, the Gunners are rumored to have signed Douglas Luis, a midfielder for Aston Villa, to replace him. In 2020, Thomas Partey signed a five-year contract to play for Arsenal in North London. There is now one year left on his contract.
