Midfielder Thomas Partey, the deputy captain of the Black Stars of Ghana, has made it known that he intends to leave his current team, Arsenal FC, in January 2024 during the football transfer window.
The Italian football portal Tutt Mercato claims that Partey has already communicated to Arsenal his intention to leave the team and that he intends to go back to Spain.
The gifted athlete dismissed the prospect of joining Juventus FC, which has expressed interest in him since the summer transfer.
The midfield player, however, has only played in four games for the squad this season due to a muscle ailment that occurred in October.
Saudi Arabia, which was keen to get the elite player in the summer, was very interested in Partey but was unable to do so due to Arsenal’s 40 million-euro asking price.
According to reports, Arsenal is now prepared to let the star go for a fair fee because of his ongoing injuries.
