The New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer aspirant, Hon. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, has set the record straight concerning a statement he made in a viral video.
In the video that has gone viral, Ken Agyapong was captured accusing the NPP government of looting and stashing public funds in foreign accounts.
“The way the NPP is looting this country, you will think there is no tomorrow. You steal all this money and stash some abroad; what do you mean,’’ the politician said.
However, in a press statement sighted by 1Family Radio, Kennedy Agyapong unequivocally alleged that the video was purposefully edited to create disaffection towards him.”
According to Kennedy Agyapong, he rather urged “the communicators in Kumasi not to be fooled by the lies against the NPP government.”
