Monalisa Abigail Semeha, popularly known as Mona Gucci, is a socialite and TV show host. She has stated that she will not allow herself to be victimized by cyberbullying.
In a recent interview on TV3, which was sighted by 1Family Radio, Monica Gucci claims that she is used to being in the spotlight and usually doesn’t allow criticism to get to her.
She said that while such remarks do bother her, they are expected of the position and come with the territory. “Perhaps because I became accustomed to this whole thing at a young age and don’t bother,” the speaker speculates. However, occasionally, I see certain remarks and things, and because I’m a human, I get upset and feel horrible about it.
However, that’s the nature of the work, and there are consequences for whatever task you choose to undertake. You will be hated by some and loved by others. It’s not like I give a damn,” she remarked.
But Mona Gucci declared that she would defend herself against any online troll, saying, “I will reply when I see you when I’m online.” I can’t be bullied by you. It’s your fortunate day, she added, and I’ll reply if I don’t see it.
She also talked about the idea of controversy, pointing out that while it can have both positive and negative sides, it usually carries a negative connotation.
“I’ve found that people seem to read negative connotations into the word controversy itself. The term “controversy” in isolation. It might be beneficial. It might not be good, she said.
