At the age of 14, I mingled with musicians like Samini, and through that, I sponsored his music career with any money I earned.
Ayisha Modi stated that most of the time she used the money given to her by her mother to cater for other things at home rather than do such benevolent acts.
The socialite made this statement in an interview on Obi TV, monitored by 1Family Radio.
“I contribute to people with an encouraging future who are talented but are unable to fund their careers because no one knows what the future holds,’’ she noted.
She claimed that at the age of 13, she had about GHC20,000.00 in her bank account.
“I was the one taking care of my family when my mother was not around. By the age of 13, if you ask me for GHC 20,000 (200 million), I would be able to provide such an amount,”’ she stated.
“I was responsible for taking care of my family anytime my mother was away, aside from sponsoring Samini’s career,’’ She stated.
Ayisia Modi stated that her reasons for doing that were not about the artist but a gift from God.
“Sometimes when mother sends me on an errand to the market, I lie to her that the money is missing but rather use it to sponsor Samini.”
“I paid for their studio time anytime he had studio sessions, according to Ayisha Modi.”
