Fans of West Ham United have urged coach David Moyes to start recent acquisition Mohammed Kudus in the team’s matchup with Sheffield United at the London Stadium.
The team shared a video of Kudus’ dribble during their 1-0 victory over Lincoln City in the EFL Cup, and the fans joined other Ghanaians in complaining about the playing time in the comment section on X.
Since joining the team from Ajax, Kudus has yet to make a Premier League debut. In his first three games, he has played as a substitute for a total of 40 minutes.
His most recent two starts for West Ham came in the EFL Cup and Europa League, where he was named man of the match in both contests.
Despite his little playing time, the Ghanaian sensation has scored two goals in 220 minutes, which was monitored by 1Family radio.
On September 30, 2023, West Ham United will play host to Sheffield United in an effort to resume their winning ways in the league after their most recent 3-1 loss to Liverpool.
