During Dr. Lawrence Tetteh’s crusade in Accra, Ghanaian boxing champion Braimah Kamoko, or Bukom Banku, spoke to a sizable crowd while in his element as a Christian.
Dr. Lawrence Tetteh’s sermon was interrupted by an invitation to speak on stage from Bukom Banku, a special visitor at the crusade.
He began by praising Worldwide Miracle Outreach’s president and founder as one of the best in the nation.
In his brief address, the 43-year-old boxer encouraged the congregation to maintain their faith in God by using Scripture quotes to support his points.
The pastor you have here is a well-known figure in Ghana. I learned that Lawrence Tetteh is a well-known national pastor. When he lectures on matters related to God, he possesses all three qualities: knowledge, humility, and experience. I’ll use Romans 8:31. If God is on our side, who can oppose us? Anything satanic they hurl against you won’t be able to reach you if you have God,” he stated, which was monitored by 1Family radio.
Bukom Banku, who is nearing the conclusion of his career, has an amazing record of 29 victories in 30 fights, 21 of which came by means of knockout, and only one defeat. In 2011 and 2012, respectively, he won the WBO Africa Light Heavyweight championship and the WBO Africa Cruiserweight crown.
His most recent fight took place in 2019 at St George Hall in the United Kingdom, when he prevailed against German boxer Rojhat Bilgeteki in the third round.
