Ace Ghanaian reggae musician and radio personality, Blakk Rasta, has shared his two cents on the ongoing controversy surrounding Adwoa Safo’s recent apology.
Former Gender Minister and Dome-Kwabenya member Adwoa Safo expressed her sincere apologies to the NPP’s leadership in a viral video after receiving criticism for her protracted absence from parliament without leave.
Her absence resulted in her termination as the gender minister and petitions demanding her ouster as an MP.
Black Rasta, who appeared apathetic by her recent apologies, referred to her as a scheming politician on his show on 3FM, which was monitored by 1Family Radio.
“My brothers and sisters, this is what happens when you have unpatriotic people in power. This is what you get when you have jokers in power. This is what you have when you have people who do not respect you vote into office,’’ he said.
“Adwoa Safo is one of the most shameless politicians you can think about in this country.’’
“When she was on the spree of insulting this nation and the good people of this country, she arrogantly did it and was not even ready to apologize to anybody,’’ he noted.
Blakk Rasta continued, ‘’Today, elections are coming, so they are busy knocking on the doors of Ghanaians.”
