Popular gospel artist Joe Mettle from Ghana has expressed regret about not taking his music classes properly when he was in school.
The seasoned singer claimed that his failure to take his school music lessons seriously was due to the fact that he had never pictured himself as a musician.
The “Bo Noo Ni” crooner said in an interview with Graphic Showbiz that 1Family Radio monitored that despite his past mistakes, he is happy with the person he has become now.
‘’Joe Mettle commented, “I suppose I should have taken my music lessons properly while I was in school.’’
‘’I didn’t take it seriously at the time because I had no idea I would pursue a career in music one day. One of my life’s regrets is that.’’
The 2017 VGMA Artist of the Year asserted that he loves what he is doing right now and that nothing in the world will make him change who he is.
I’m not going to change who I am for anything. I think I love who God made me to be, and I love the task He gave me,” he said.
‘’Despite everything, I appreciate being a part of this ministry. I adore writing and singing. I simply love both who I am and what I do.’’
In addition, he thanked God for providing him with a great wife who is also a devoted Christian.
You can see how wonderfully my marriage is treating me. The proof is available. My family is doing fantastic, and I thank God for everything,’’ Joe Mettle added.
