Founder and leader of Heaven’s Gate Ministries, Prophet Kumchacha has descended on Prophet Oduro of the Alabaster International Ministry for his reactions to a statement made by the Daughters of Glorious Jesus.
Daughters of Glorious Jesus, a group of veteran gospel musicians on UTV’s United Showbiz some weeks ago stated that there is nothing wrong in listening to secular songs so far as it inspires you to do the right thing. They mentioned secular musicians like Kojo Antwi and Amakye Dede as their favorite artistes.
According to them, no one will backslide just by listening to secular songs because it is God who gives talent and every talent must be appreciated.
However, Prophet Oduro in a viral video condemned the group for the statement they made adding that such Christianity will make the gospel lost in ten years. According to him, although Christians have been given their free will, they should remember that not all things are permissible.
“How will you feel if you came to meet me smoking on my pulpit? When you burn in hellfire, you will realize that your opinions do not matter,’’ Prophet Oduro stated.
Reacting to this statement by Prophet Oduro, Kumchacha has asked the former to stop his foolishness because no one is righteous.
“Prophet Oduro of the Alabaster International Ministry, let me tell you this, your foolishness has reached its limit. You have been fooling in this country for so long and it seems no one can tell you the truth to your face.”
“Stop behaving like you will be the first person to be raptured to heaven,’’ Kumchacha stated in a viral video sighted by 1Family Radio.
Prophet Kumchacha reiterated that it is not a sin for a Christian to listen to secular songs. He furthered that some secular musicians are even more decent than gospel musicians. He noted, “we have some gospel musicians who wear indecent dresses but just listen to the lyrics of some secular artistes like Amakye Dede, Kojo Antwi and Ampofo Agyei.’’
He continued, “why should you condemn people when they say that some secular songs are clean? The only thing you know how to do is to shout on top of your voice to command people to listen to you. Just spitting saliva on people.’’
“Enough of your tomfoolery, we’ve had enough of it. Mind you no one is righteous,’’ Kumchacha said.
