The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has announced that they will set the records straight in regards to the True State of the Nation Address by the NDC.
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) on Monday, March 20, 2023, delivered on what they describe as the True State of the Nation Address at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA).
According to Asideu Nketiah, the current economic mess is because of the monumental mismanagement of the NPP government and also because the Bank of Ghana has become a lawless money printing syndicate.
However, in a statement issued by the ruling party (NPP), the party tagged the speech by the National chairman of the NDC as falsehoods and unsubstantiated allegations.
The statement sighted by 1Family Radio indicated, ‘’the opposition party has turned the event into a campaign platform to sell falsehood, baseless accusations and illogical criticisms about the president and the NPP government.’’
“We will provide incontrovertible facts and data in due time to confirm that Asiedu Nketiah made empty statement and unworthy allegations,’’ the statement signed by Justin Kodua Frimpong, the General Secretary of the NPP noted.
It was disclosed that the NPP have decided to set the records straight by producing unquestionable facts and data to prove that the allegations by the NDC is only fabrications.
“In regards to the falsehoods spewed by Asiedu Nketiah, the NPP will set the records straight by producing unquestionable facts and data in order to help Ghanaians make reasonable decisions,’’ the statement noted.
