Bernard Antwi Boasiako, the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the NPP popularly known as Chairman Wontumi has asserted that there is no place under the sun where there is no hardship.

According to him, he had to bring his children from the UK to live in Ghana because there is too much hardship over there.

Speaking in an interview on Movement TV which was monitored by 1Family Radio, Chairman Wontumi noted that after the outbreak of COVID-19, hardship is almost everywhere in the world including the UK.

He added that although his children are citizens of the United Kingdom, he had to relocate them to Ghana because currently, Ghana is far better than the UK.

Chairman Wontumi advised Ghanaians to appreciate the effort made by the government to make life easy for them. He furthered that comparing UK to Ghana, Ghanaians are living a good life under the leadership of President Akuffo-Addo.

“We entreat Ghanaians to be patient because hardship is everywhere in the world. All my children were born in the UK but I had to bring them to Ghana because Ghana is now better than the UK,’’ he noted.
