John Dramani Mahama, the former president of Ghana has stated that the seven years under the Akuffo Addo government have been wasted.
A tweet by the former president which was sighted by 1Family Radio indicated that the NDC party under the leadership of John Mahama bequeathed two oil fields to the Akuffo Addo administration.
According to John Dramani Mahama, the Tweneboa Enyenra Ntomme (TEN) and the Sankofa oil fields were handed over to the ruling government and after seven years of administration, no improvement or additional productions has been made to these fields.
He stated that the NDC government was able to embark on so many developmental projects which they didn’t tell Ghanaians because they presumed Ghanaians would see their projects.
The former president had also stated that the country’s economy was stable before handing it over to the current government. They couldn’t even manage the economy well and this has landed us at the IMF.
He added that the ruling government does not really care about the interest of the nation because they are greedy and incompetent.
