Blakk Rasta, a Ghanaian reggae artiste and a radio presenter has warned Efya not to call his music funny.
Efya in an interview on GhOne TV was asked to share her opinions on Blakk Rasta’s comment about Sarkodie’s performance on the remake of ‘Stir It Up’. To the surprise of everyone, Efya claimed she doesn’t know Blakk Rasta. The host of the interview hinted on who Blakk Rasta is by singing one of his songs. Efya later described Blakk Rasta as a funny man who makes funny song.
In his response to the vocalist statement, Blakk Rasta has cautioned her not to call his music funny. He made this assertion on his radio show on 3FM. According to him, he is not bothered when people don’t acknowledge him but that doesn’t give Efya the right to describe his music as funny.
He stated that you can call him by any name you want but nobody should describe his music as funny. He furthered that Efya didn’t mean what she said about his music being funny. He believes she wasn’t conscious of her surrounding that is why she made that statement.
Blakk Rasta also added that Efya has been on drugs almost all her life and that influenced her to utter such rubbish on a national television. He stated that he pities Efya because in the video, she looked depressed due to the drugs she abuses.
He furthered he is not resentful about people not recognizing him and that makes him a humble person.
