Artist manager and CEO of Bullhaus Entertainment, Lawrence Nana Asiamah, better known as Bullgod, has disclosed that his firm is collaborating with GH Bishop to scout for more music talents in Takoradi.
Contrary to the views of most Ghanaians, Bullgod believes that there are more music talents in Sekondi Takoradi than there are in Kumasi.
Speaking in an interview on Connect FM, monitored by 1Family Radio, the artist manager claimed that, based on his interactions with some of Takoradi’s rising artists, he is absolutely confident that the city is indeed endowed with a wealth of musical talent.
“In my opinion, Takoradi is a more talented city than Kumasi. I’ve attended a few concerts there, and based on the young talents I saw, I believe so,” he added.
He proceeded by saying that perhaps since they weren’t paying attention to the city, the firm has yet to work with talent from Takoradi.
“I believe it’s a matter of timing, location, and our overall plan. We may not have given it much attention, so we may do so now.
Bullgod continued by stating that since his group is now working with GH Bishop, they will soon begin working with musicians from Takoradi.
‘’We’re working along with GH Bishop now, so any talent should go through him, and we’ll see where that leads,’’ he disclosed.
“At Bullhaus, we like developing talents. We believe the more we have them out there, the better for us all,’’ he added.
