Victoria Lakshmi Hamah, the former deputy Minister of Communication on the ticket of the National Democratic congress has explained why crying over the death of a loved one is not important.
She made this statement at a time Ghanaians and whole world is grieving over the death of Christian Atsu.
The former minister believes that occurrences like death that make people cry should be used as a reflection of one’s awaiting death.
A post shared on her page sighted by 1Family Radio indicated that, crying when people die is simply ignorance.
She added that life is nothing but an illusion and we shouldn’t cry when a loved one dies.
Ms. Victoria urged that humanity should reflect on their own impending death rather than crying when people die.
