Ghanaian ladies have been advised by the Adontenhene of Kwahu Mpraeso, Krobea Asante I to denounce their lavish way of living if they really want to make it in life.
She stated that living the ‘slay queen’ kind of life only drains their lives rather than helping them achieve their goals in life.
Speaking in an interview on Joy TV monitored by 1Family Radio, she stated that living a lavish lifestyle prevents ladies from working hard towards their visions and aspirations in life.
According to her, she became the first female of Adontenhene of Kwahu Mpraeso, a position reserved for only men because of her hardwork and tenacity. She therefore urged young girls to put aside their artificially made wig and nails if they want to achieve anything notable in their lives.
“Pack aside your long hair, artificially long nails if you want to be successful in all your endeavors,’’ she stated.
The Adontenhene who doubles as a CEO of the Azmera Restaurant, noted that although she is the owner of the restaurant, she gets involved in almost all the activities in the company.
“I go to the Agbogbloshie market at 3am myself. From there, I am expected to be at the Adabraka market by 7am and at 9:30 am, I have to be at my restaurant to ensure that everything is in place while cooking,’’ she said.
She however hinted that ladies can wear makeup as and when the need arises but it shouldn’t be part of their daily routines.
Krobea Asante I further urged women to always challenge themselves to attain greater heights in life.
