Steve Harvey, a renowned American TV personality, has denied allegations that his wife, Majorie Bridges, cheated on him with their bodyguard and personal chef.
The internet was ablaze with reports over the weekend that Majori had been found having an affair with their staff and had filed for divorce.
She allegedly wanted $200 million from Steve Harvey’s fortune, according to another report.
This generated a lot of controversy online, with individuals criticizing Majorie and calling Steve a scumbag in their relationship.
On Sunday, August 27, 2023, in Atlanta, during a speech at Invest Fest 2023, Steve refuted the rumor.
“Before I get started, just let me say, I’m fine. Majorie’s fine,’’ he noted during his speech, which was monitored by 1Family Radio.
“I don’t know what yall are doing, but find something else to do because we’re fine. Lord, have mercy.’’ He said.
“I ain’t got no time for rumors and gossip. God’s been good to me; I’m still shining,’’ Steve Harvey added.
The rumors were also debunked by Majorie in a separate post, in which she also claimed that she and her spouse were still going strong.
“My husband and I don’t usually stop to address all the foolishness and lies that have been spread about us. However, too much is given; too much is required.’’
“I understand that with my platform comes some sort of responsibility for those who may not be as strong as we are. Read and share this with your loved ones who may know how to properly cope. God bless all of you,’’ she wrote.
