In light of West Ham United’s increased efforts to sign the outstanding Ajax midfielder, Mohammed Kudus has expressed his love for the London-based team.
The 23-year-old, who is rumored to be contemplating joining the Premier League team, gave supporters a memorable performance in the Europa League by spurring Ajax to a 4-1 victory at Ludogorets by scoring a trio of goals.
Kudus made remarks following the game in an interview monitored by 1Family Radio in which he praised the squad and confirmed the numerous rumors connecting him to the Hammers.
When asked what he thought of the champions of the Europa League, he responded, “Good club, yeah.’’
Yes, I think it was my final game here at Ajax. But let’s see what happens the next day, he said.
“The talks are going on. We have to see if an agreement is reached in the next few days,’’ Kudus added.
Although his performance enabled Ajax to defeat Ludogorets with ease, it also adds to Mohammed Kudus’ excellent stats from last season, when he shone for his club as well as his nation.
