The Chief Executive Officer of Menzgold, Nana Appiah Mensah, better known as NAM1, has launched a new validation process for customers whose funds were locked up to receive their payments back.
Customers are instructed to purchase a GH650 Menzgold Digital Verification Access Card in order to validate their transactions, and between August 10 and September 14, 2023, they must provide supporting documentation.
The corporation attempted to address disparities in claims in a letter dated August 18, 2023, obtained by 1Family Radio. The letter warned that unverified claims could result in clients losing their locked-up funds.
According to the statement, this verification card would allow consumers with valid claims to verify the status of their transactions. However, from August 10 through September 14, 2023, original colored soft copies of the supporting papers are required to be uploaded as part of the procedure.
