The politician who happens to be a member of the campaign team of Alan Kyerematen He alleged that most of the lawmakers who are publicly endorsing Vice President Bawumia are doing so out of starvation.

“Although some of these endorsements are fake, endorsements are generally positive. Because I’ll surely give you my public endorsement if I know I’ll gain something from it,’’ he remarked.
He disclosed that a few of these MPs had previously called him to admit that they were supporting Bawumia because they didn’t want to go hungry.
“Some of the MPs who are bragging publicly sometimes call and say that if they don’t do that, they will go hungry.’’
“So, for us, we are not afraid. If someone endorses Alan, fine. But we will not go around promising people things just to get their endorsement,’’ he noted.
“They are bragging that they have over 100 MPs on their side, but if we vote, Alan Kyerematen will get between 60 and 70 votes from parliament,’’ Hopeson added.
