Ofori Amponsah, popularly known as Mr. All 4 Real, has admitted that he does not believe in the efficacy of romantic love.
He claimed that he has a profound phobia of women expressing their affections toward him, despite the popularity of his songs and the love of his fans.
Well-known for his successful songs like “Otoolege, Hello Hello, and Cinderella,’’ Ofori Amponsah is recognized for his love lyrics and heart-warming music, but this does not translate into his personal life and relationships.
He discussed his opinion on love in an interview on Graphic Showbiz monitored by 1Family Radio. The musician also expressed his doubt about the idea of true love.
He underlined that those who hurridely declare their love frequently end up hurting others the most.
“When people show me affection, I become cautious. The people who say they love you the most are usually the ones who hurt you the most. Take a look at the instance where a police inspector killed his lover. How can someone claim to be in love and then do something like that?’’ he quizzed.
Ofori Amponsah said, “If you sincerely love someone, the last thing on your mind should be hurting them.
The musician, who is renowned for his deep songs and alluring stage presence, has been a significant player in the Ghanaian music scene since his 1999 duet with Daddy Lumba on the album “Wo Ho Kyere.”
‘’The very last thing I expect from a woman in this world is for her to adore me. When a woman begins to show her feelings for me, I fear for my life,’’, he added.
