Ex-president John Dramani Mahama has disclosed that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will work with the Electoral Commission (EC) ahead of the 2024 general elections.
According to him, the good Lord has already granted the NDC party in the 2024 presidential elections.
Mahama is contesting against Dr. Kwabena Duffour, Kojo Bonsu and Ernest Kobea for the flagbearership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). The elections of the flagbearership is slated for the 13th of May, 2023.
During his campaign tours at the Awutu Senya in the Central Region on the 28th of March, 2023, the former president urged the executive members and supporters of the party to be circumspect and during the next elections.
He furthered that the party will work with the EC and all stakeholders to ensure their victory in the 2024 elections.
“The NDC is ready to work with the EC and all stakeholders involved in the next elections because God has granted us victory in the 2024 elections,” he stated during his campaign monitored by 1Family Radio.
He is of the view that, by collaborating with the EC, the party will get the results they need. He further added that although his other contenders are competent, he will win the elections because he is an experienced politician.
