Samuel Anim Addo, a Ghanaian football agent and an executive member of the GFA has advised Chris Hughton to take decisions based on the interest of the general public.
He advised Chris to take decisions that would make Ghanaians happy if he wants to avoid criticisms.
Speaking in an interview monitored by 1Family Radio, Samuel noted that the Ghana Black Stars is a national team therefore the new coach must make sure that his decisions will satisfy the fans of the team.
“The national team belongs to the nation and not the Ghana Football Association (GFA). The coach must ensure to satisfy the main actors which is the country,’’ he stated.
“Chris can only escape criticisms by the fans if he is able to stamp his authority and demand the best from the players,’’ he furthered.
Mr. addo advised the new coach not to do things that will trigger Ghanaians to talk because naturally Ghanaians talk a lot. “Chris should avoid acts that will make Ghanaians talk because its rather unfortunate, our people talk too much,”’ he disclosed.
“The coach must take decisions that will limit the talking and this implies that he should always be on top of his game as well as his players,’’ he hinted.
