Stephen Atanga, a Ghanaian Kumawood actor known by the stage name Don Little has disclosed that most prominent men in Ghana deal in the weed trade without any harassment.

According to him, many developed countries are making huge money from the cannabinoid drug.

Monitoring a report by 3News.com, the kumawood actor supported the notion that marijuana should be legalized in Ghana.

Don Little hinted that he also deals in the weed trade aside his business. He believes that every business is business including pimping of girls. Don Little furthered that most prominent men also buy and sell weed but the ordinary Ghanaian who indulges in it for amusement will be pestered by the police.

He indicated that weed is legalized in other developed nations but here in Ghana, we criticize selectively. Don little lamented that it is normal when the rich men indulge in weed but the ordinary Ghanaian will be pestered and embarrassed when they do the same thing.

The Kumawood actor is not the only Ghanaian celebrity advocating for the legalization of weed in the country. Somewhere last year, Amakye Dede also advocated for the same thing and just recently, Kwame Sefa a journalist at Peace FM also raised the same argument after cannabis of GH¢50 million worth were burnt by the Narcotics Control Commission.
